apple announced today New courses and certifications to help IT professionals learn how to support and manage Apple devices in the workplace.

New Apple Professional Training
As of today, up-to-date professional training and certifications for Apple IT support and management are available in a redesigned online format and resume. Users can now demonstrate their capabilities with two new Apple certification courses and exams in Apple Device Support and Apple Deployment and Management.

The Apple Device Support course learns the tools, services, and best practices that help desk professionals, technical coordinators, or service providers use for enterprise Apple devices using approximately 14 hours of articles and guided exercises. The Apple Deployment and Administration course takes these skills further, covering how to configure, manage, and secure Apple devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM), and teach users how to develop a strategy for deploying and using Apple Business Manager and Apple School Manager.

New courses are sequential and build on the user’s skills as they progress, with new certification exams available to demonstrate proficiency at each level with the corresponding digital badges. Each test costs $149, with vouchers available from Mac Administrators Foundation For applicants in financial need. Apple Professional courses are now available at training.apple.com.
