Intel will reveal new information about 14th Gen Meteor Lake and 15th Arrow Lake CPUs at HotChips 34

Intel plans to talk about 14 meteor lake general & 15th Gen Arrow Lake CPUs In the upcoming HotChips 34 keynote on August 23, 2022.

The hot chips The conference program is somewhat exposed to consumers and technical channels. The upcoming event includes official speakers from AMD, Intel, and NVIDIA, focusing on accelerated computing, processor technologies, data center designs, concepts, and advanced graphics discussions. Wilfried Gomez, Intel Fellow in Microprocessor Design and Technologies, will discuss Meteor Lake and Arrow Lake CPUs in his discussion at the conference and discuss the new company Vovirus 3D packaging technology.

Will the AMD AM4 platform be supported for a longer period, hinted at support for new software and hardware?

Since Intel’s new architecture tech designs don’t see a full release until the next year or two, the company has already revealed that the architecture combines hybrid tiling with classified IP blocks. The new designs will use Intel 4 and 20A processing technologies, along with their focus on external N3 processing technology. Rumors are that Meteor Lake and Arrow Lake will work based on the new platform, a concept the company is currently working on with Alder Lake and the upcoming Raptor Lake series.

Windows, ChromeOS, and Linux have been confirmed by Intel to use the upcoming Meteor Lake and work properly on all three operating systems. This multi-platform preparation is crucial for the development of the two new architectures in the coming year. The company confirmed that Meteor Lake will begin shipping next year to consumers. From the company’s information, the first focus will be on their mobile platform, then desktop chips that offer 125 watts of performance to follow.

Intel announced a stable, high-performance Xe-HPG gaming architecture over the course of several months. The upcoming Arrow Lake-P, the largest and most important line to come from the company, will see its launch in 2024 for its slim and lightweight computer systems. When shipped with an exceptional 320 FUI, Arrow Lake-P will provide three times more processing power than the current Alder Lake series. Another focus from Intel in the upcoming 14th and 15th gens is on graphics quality and technology.

The upgradeable laptop is fully upgraded with 12th Gen Intel processors

Alongside listening from Wilfred Gomes, AMD’s Jim Gibney will talk about the AMD Ryzen 6000 series processors, and MediaTek’s Hugh Mair will discuss the company’s plan for the Dimensity 9000 SoC smartphone. Intel’s Pravin Maussore will discuss the next generation of Intel Xeon D 2700 and 1700 edge processors.
