LMD, a leading real estate development company, is reshaping the way communications and the Internet work in Egypt through state-of-the-art services in each of its various projects. LMD announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Orange Egypt, a leading provider of integrated telecommunications services. Through Orange’s Triple Play service, a variety of leading communications and technology services will be implemented in the One Ninety and 3’Sixty projects in New Cairo.
The agreement was signed by M. Amr Sultan, CEO of LMD, and Mr. Hesham Mahran, Chief Business Line Officer of Orange Egypt.
According to the agreement between LMD and Orange, home internet, land line, IPTV, and Wi-Fi services for the residential area will be provided through Triple Play services. Orange also agreed to enhance the business area with high-speed internet services, VPN for secure data transmission, international calling services, SD-WAN applications, M2M data exchange solutions, as well as voice services such as landline phones, and IP phone service. And other advanced technological services that facilitate the work system and improve the efficiency of operational processes.

Orange will also be responsible for providing Wi-Fi services to the retail area of both projects, with full data analysis and marketing analysis on the different customers in this area.
One Ninety and 3’S Sixty present a sophisticated image of comprehensive urban communities, as One Ninety is located in a strategic location at the meeting point between the Ring Road and Street 90 in New Cairo, on an area of 13.5 acres, its total investment is 8 billion pounds, and it is the first project in Egypt to bring a brand International upscale to its residential sector such as W Residences Cairo, for the first time in Africa, with a total of 300 different units of a hotel. Apartments, villas, and penthouses, in addition to the most famous hotels, W Cairo, Aloft Hotels, Autograph Collection Hotels, Urban Park, and Business District, Cairo Design District.
While 3’Sixty enjoys a unique location in the heart of Golden Square in New Cairo, it is built on an area of 55,000 square meters, with a total investment of 4 billion pounds, and includes contemporary building complexes with ample parking, and advanced multi-specialty clinics.
