Optimum provides both Internet and TV services in multiple regions of the United States.
However, many Optimum internet users are experiencing massive outages that started several hours ago. Therefore, they cannot currently use the company’s Internet services (1And the 2And the 3).
Internet Optimization is down or not working
Social platforms such as Twitter are filled with users expressing their annoyance at the situation. According to multiple reports, optimal internet service outages have been occurring steadily in recent days.
I must have had the right internet down last night and again today @OptimumHelpoptimum and I still won these challenges on my hotspot.

Fortunately, the Optimal Support team has acknowledged the issue and are currently looking into the matter. However, they did not provide any expected arrival time for a fix.

what a surprise. A no-nonsense service 99.9% of the time. No internet again for random periods of the day. Optimization = rubbish internet service.
