What are the best schools in football and basketball? Wisconsin is at the top of the list

The Badgers went to a pair of Final Fours while Wisconsin football has participated in a handful of Rose Bowls throughout recent history. Both programs have been consistently successful in the past decade, and are looking to continue their winning ways.
